One of the most challenging (if not the most ) challenging full mouth rehabilitation that i have worked on during my dental career but more importantly the most rewarding.

This case was referred from a colleague as the patient had moved interstate.

He had been told his only option would be dentures due to the nature of his malocclusion and pre maxillae development.

It came with a lot of baggage besides the debilitated dentition and malocclusion.

There were major sinus complications which needed addressing and other issues associated with such a young patient in this unfortunate dental state .

The execution was precise beyond any expectation and matched the planning to the millimetre .

Despite the risks associated with such a high gingival display aesthetically in fixed bridge restorations , surgical management of the sinus through a crush and grafting provided a solution.
