A short clip from the new velvet worm video This species is Epiperipatus barbadensis, from Barbados. They reach about three inches and like temps a bit above room temperature. I feed them with isopods which they capture through shooting out an adhesive liquid that ensnares them. This is not the species from New Zealand which must be kept at much cooler temps.
